The Rule Maker added another 17 shares of Intel for the portfolio's January $500 investment. The market gave us a chance to purchase Intel at about 33x trailing free cash flow. That isn't cheap, but it's reasonable for a company with proven management, enormous financial strength, and perhaps the most efficient processes in the business. As Phil Weiss explained in a recent story, Intel has the financial strength to weather the current storm of a potentially slowing economy.
