Wal-Mart is testing out its Wal-Mart To-Go grocery delivery service in select U.S. cities. Whether or not Wal-Mart will eventually expand this service isn't the question, the real question is why the company would bother in the first place.

After seeing success with its Detroit, Michigan location, Whole Foods Market has planned expansion into other areas commonly known as 'Food Deserts' including Chicago, Illinois and Newark, New Jersey.
