How Virgin Galactic Plans to Get Off the Ground

Virgin Galactic is cutting operations to the bone as it focuses on the Delta spacecraft. But will the strategy work?

Virgin Galactic (SPCE 4.08%) announced major changes to its strategy last week, including layoffs that will reduce spending on the existing spacecraft. The hope is that going all in on the Delta spacecraft will be the right move.
