The large tech companies all made major announcements that stock market investors will not want to miss.

Amazon (AMZN +3.38%), Microsoft (MSFT +1.22%), Meta (META +0.34%), and Alphabet (GOOG 0.85%) (GOOGL 0.67%) all indicated they would be spending more money to develop artificial intelligence.
