EPS came in at $0.56. The 20 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ averaged $0.41 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.56 for Q1 were 143% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.23 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 75.5%, 50 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 39.4%, 60 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 31.8%, 1,550 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $695.7 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.41.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $2.81 billion. The average EPS estimate is $1.71.
