General Electric (GE 1.04%) has announced its first dividend for 2013. The company is to pay $0.19 per share of its common stock on April 25 to shareholders of record as of February 25. That matches the level of the firm's last payout, which was disbursed in December. Prior to that, GE, a serial dividend payer, handed out $0.17 per share. The current dividend annualizes to $0.76, yielding 3.3% on the current share price of $23.29.
GE is to hold its annual general meeting on April 24.
