The health-care-focused REIT matches its previous payout.

LTC Properties (LTC -0.43%) plans to hand out a set of three consecutive monthly dividends for its fiscal Q2 2013. The company will distribute three payments of $0.155 each per share of its common stock starting this month. The disbursements will be made on April 30, May 31, and June 28 to shareholders of record as of April 22, May 23, and June 20, respectively.

All told, for the quarter, LTC Properties' quarterly distribution will be $0.465 per share. This amount matches the firm's previous disbursement, which was also divided into three monthly payments.

The current dividend annualizes to $1.86 per share. That yields 4.6% at LTC Properties' current stock price of $40.77.
