United Online (NASDAQ: UNTD) has declared a quarterly dividend perfectly in line with its last four-plus years of payouts. The company will distribute $0.10 per share of its common stock on May 31 to shareholders of record as of May 14. This matches the disbursement made in every quarter by the firm since late 2008.
Prior to that, United Online had handed out $0.20 per share consistently since launching dividend payments in May 2005.
In the press release announcing the new payout, the company took pains to say that it is the 33rd consecutive quarterly distribution.
The current dividend annualizes to $0.40 per share. That yields 6.1% at United Online's current stock price of $6.59.
