A few years after the recession, are the big banks a buy again?

Coming out of the financial crisis banking stocks like Bank of America (BAC +0.38%), Citigroup (C 0.63%) and JPMorgan Chase (JPM 0.25%) were screaming buys. But with Bank of America rising 50%, Citigroup 40%, and JPMorgan up 13% in the last year, do they still have room to run?
