Utility operator NV Energy (NYSE: NVE) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.19 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter when it raised the payout from $0.17 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 19 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 4.
NVE has paid a dividend every quarter since 2007 and has increased the payout every year.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.76-per-share annual dividend yielding 3.6% based on the closing price of NV Energy's stock on May 8.
