Hospitality chain Wyndham Worldwide (TNL 0.39%) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.29 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after it increased it 26% from $0.23 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 7 to the holders of record at the close of business on May 28. Wyndham has paid a dividend quarterly every year since 2007.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.16-per-share annual dividend yielding 1.8% based on the closing price of Wyndham Worldwide's stock on May 14.
