Despite the broader stock market pushing higher this morning, the mREIT sector continued to tick lower. 

With continued concerns over firms' ability to weather a potential spike in interest rates, mREITs like Annaly Capital Management (NYSE:NLY) and American Capital Agency (NASDAQ:AGNC) were lagging the market and have now lost 10% and 20%, respectively, over the past month.
