Commercial property real estate investment trust One Liberty Properties (NYSE:OLP) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.35 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past two quarters after raising the payout 6% from $0.33 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 2 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 25. The REIT has made quarterly payouts to investors since at least 1992. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.40-per-share annual dividend, yielding 6.2% based on the closing price of One Liberty Properties' stock on June 12.
