Filtration specialist Pall (NYSE: PLL) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past three quarters after raising the payout 19% from $0.21 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Aug. 16 to the holders of record at the close of business on Aug. 2. The filtration and purification specialist has made quarterly payouts to investors since 1999.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.00-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.4% based on the closing price of Pall's stock on July 10
