ESPN's dominance over the realm of televised sports is helping it into expand into apps, beyond the realm of your cable box. A viewer in the digital world, however, isn't the same as a TV viewer, in terms of value; advertisers haven't yet moved over. Will ESPN be the first major player to successfully make the digital jump?
