Jabil Circuit (JBL -1.74%) won't be veering from its dividend policy, at least for now. The company has declared its latest distribution, which is to be $0.08 per share, paid on September 3 to shareholders of record as of August 15. That amount matches each of the firm's seven previous disbursements, the most recent of which was handed out at the beginning of last month. Prior to that, Jabil Circuit paid $0.01 less, at $0.07 per share.

The firm is a regular dividend payer, but is loth to raise that payout. It has done so only once since initiating distributions in 2006.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.32 per share. That yields 1.4% at Jabil Circuit's most recent closing stock price of $22.20.
