Maternity-apparel retailer Destination Maternity (DEST) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.1875 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout 7%, from $0.175 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Sept. 27 to the holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 6. The maternity-clothes retailer has made quarterly payouts to investors since 2011.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.75-per-share annual dividend, yielding 2.4% based on the closing price today of Destination Maternity's stock.
