CA Technologies (NASDAQ:CA) isn't veering from its existing dividend policy. The company has declared a quarterly common stock distribution of $0.25 per share, to be handed out on September 10 to shareholders of record as of August 22. That amount matches each of the firm's previous six distributions, the most recent of which was paid at the beginning of June. Prior to that, CA Technologies was substantially less generous, dispensing $0.05 per share.
The firm has paid dividends for many years, although it rarely adjusts the amount. Since 2000, its disbursement has ranged from $0.04 per share to the present level.
The just-declared dividend annualizes to an even $1.00 per share. That yields 3.3% at CA Technologies' most recent closing stock price of $30.12.
