Industrial conglomerate Valmont Industries (VMI 0.20%) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.25 per share, the same rate it paid after raising the payout to investors 11% from $0.225 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on October 15 to holders of record at the close of business on September 27. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.00-per-share annual dividend, yielding 0.7% based on the closing price today of Valmont Industries' stock.
