Real estate finance company has made the same payout to investors for the past six quarters.
Real estate finance company Resource Capital (ACR) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.20 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past six quarters.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Oct. 28 to the holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 30. The regular dividend payment equates to an $0.80-per-share annual dividend, yielding 12.7%, based on the closing price today of Resource Capital's stock.
