STAG Industrial Sets Q4 Dividends

The REIT pays a quarterly dividend in monthly installments.

Single-tenant industrial real estate investment trust STAG Industrial (STAG +2.23%) announced yesterday its monthly dividend for the fourth quarter of $0.10 per share. The $0.30 per share paid over the quarter is the same rate it's paid for the past three quarters after raising the payout 11% from $0.27 per share. It pays the dividend in monthly installments of $0.10 per share each and will make the payouts as follows:

The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.20-per-share annual dividend, yielding 6.1% based on the closing price yesterday of STAG Industrial's stock.
