Single-tenant industrial real estate investment trust STAG Industrial (STAG -0.60%) announced yesterday its monthly dividend for the fourth quarter of $0.10 per share. The $0.30 per share paid over the quarter is the same rate it's paid for the past three quarters after raising the payout 11% from $0.27 per share.
