The DAS imagery is projected inside a helmet developed by Rockwell Collins (NYSE:COL) and Elbit Systems (NASDAQ:ESLT), and enables the pilot to "see" through the floors and wings of the aircraft, both day and night. The system also allows missile detection and tracking, launch point detection, and several other cool things.
