The Mulally-to-Microsoft questions overshadow a Ford earnings blowout.

Ford (F 1.52%) turned in an outstanding third-quarter earnings report this week. Meanwhile, analysts pressed CEO Alan Mulally on the earnings call about a possible move to Microsoft (MSFT +0.70%) once Steve Ballmer steps down.
