The 3 Biggest Energy Movers and Shakers This Week

Seventy Seven Energy Inc, Golar LNG Limited (USA), and Crestwood Equity Partners LP were the three biggest energy movers and shakers this week.

This week was a busy one for energy investors as first-quarter earnings were in full force. While those earnings drove a lot of pops and drops among energy stocks, earnings weren't the only news fueling energy stocks this week as some of the biggest movers were fueled by other news.

In fact, of the three biggest movers in the past week, which according to S&P Capital IQ data were Seventy Seven Energy Inc (NYSE: SSE)Golar LNG Limited (USA) (GLNG 3.48%), and Crestwood Equity Partners LP (CEQP 3.65%), only one stock moved on earnings news.
