The Innerwear segment includes basic apparel including men’s underwear, women’s panties, children’s underwear, and socks, and intimate apparel such as bras, and shape wear. The Activewear segment focuses on T-shirts, fleece, sport shirts, performance T-shirts and shorts, sports bras, thermals, and team wear. The International segment provides activewear, underwear, intimate apparel, socks, and home goods. The company was founded by J. Wesley Hanes in 1901 and is headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC.
