The Corporate segment covers group-level functions including governance, finance, legal, risk management, and corporate secretarial; and holds an investment in the Tucker Box Hotel Group. The company was founded by Henry Pollack and Robert Hamilton in 1972 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
