Prudential Savings Bank is a Pennsylvania chartered savings bank originally organized in 1886 as a Pennsylvania chartered mutual building and loan association. We were originally known as ''The South Philadelphia Building and Loan Association No. 2''. We converted to a mutual savings bank in August 2004, to a Mutual Holding Company structure in March 2005 and subsequently to a wholly owned stock subsidiary of Prudential Bancorp, Inc. in October 2013.
