It includes landowner's royalties, overriding royalty interests, minerals, production payments, and any other similar, non-participatory interest, in certain producing, and proved undeveloped oil and gas properties. The company was founded on December 31, 1982 and is headquartered in Dallas, TX.
Payout is based upon oil production from June, and gas production from May.
Unit owners of the oil and gas production trust will receive the largest distribution of the year in August.
