AWKS is a public company with a very small capitalization and is trading in the OTC Pink Sheets, symbol AWKS, at $0.80 per share. POS University is a proprietary, on-line, point of sale, front end training course for corporate employees and/or individuals seeking to be certified in counterfeit money, bad checks, and other point of sale techniques. AWKS developed and launched this cashier training site in March, 2011 consisting of ten chapters and a final exam. The training site was developed as a result of the Company’s previous debt collection experience. The Company has sold approximately 5 courses per month since the launch of the training site. Recently, the Company has begun selling multiple accounts to high schools. The on-line cashier course costs $39.95. The student is required to pass a quiz at the end of each chapter. Once the student passes the course, they can print out an online Certificate to acknowledge the completion of the course and to show employers at the time of a job interview. The Company is also developing an “Executive Fiduciary & Responsibilities Exam” (“EFRE”) for executives who are seeking crowd funding through the JOBS Act. In addition, the Company has several other courses under development to help people get jobs; (1) a waitress/waiter course, (2) a casino cashiering course, and (3) a sales motivation course. A portion of the funding will be used to update and market the web site and advertise it on the Internet and cable TV.
