About Genoil

Genoil, Inc. engages in the development of technologies relating to the oil and gas industry. The firm is involved in the development and commercial applications of its proprietary heavy oil upgrading technology: Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader. The Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader converts sour, heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. It uses a hydrogen enrichment methodology based on catalytic hydrogenation and flash separation. It specializes in two technologies: proprietary upgrader technology for use in the oil industry and technology in oil and water separation systems. The company was founded on September 5, 1996 and is headquartered in New York, NY.
