<THE HARRY JONES PORTFOLIO>
By Harry Jones
(February 4, 1999) -- Stocks fell today. They do that. So do horses sometimes. They always get up again, eventually. If a horse falls on you, you're in trouble. If you're riding the horse, it can't fall on you very well. Can it? Not if you know how to ride and how to fall.
The S&P fell 1.85%. We fell a little less. Most mutual funds fell more.
