First Six Positions
Below are the first 6 trades made on The Fool Portfolio today, Friday, August 5, 1994. We put in market orders for all 6 at market opening, and got 5 of them filled right away. As we'd kind of expected, the sixth, our Bed Bath & Beyond short, got rejected due to no shares available. A check back later in the afternoon, however, did reveal 170 BBBY shares to borrow and sell, which we promptly did at about 2:30 PM EST.
