To be fair, many brick-and-mortar retailers have struggled to compete with e-commerce in recent years, so it's understandable that many investors are hesitant to invest in anything related to physical retail. However, there are still some types of retail properties performing well -- specifically high-end malls and outlet centers -- and that's why these two high-yield stocks (both of which I own) are worth a closer look right now.
