ESPN's Master Plan Is Coming Together

Disney isn't getting out of the sports business, it's trying to play a central role in the future of sports.

A lot of investors have wondered if Disney (DIS 0.14%) will spin off ESPN after a recent restructuring. But recent moves by Bob Iger show that ESPN is a key to Disney's future and could play a central role in the sports landscape.
