Berkshire Hathaway surprised many investors by adding three homebuilders to its portfolio, but which is the best?

In its latest SEC filings, we learned that Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A +0.74%)(BRK.B +0.80%) added shares of not one but three homebuilders to its portfolio. Out of D.R. Horton (DHI 1.19%), NVR (NVR 0.57%), and Lennar (LEN 1.17%), which is the best one to buy right now?
