For its third quarter, Oracle's remaining performance obligations increased to $80 billion. The company recently achieved another milestone. The February-ended quarter is the first time cloud revenue surpassed revenue from licensing and support services operations. Oracle does have a very high debt-to-equity ratio of 15.65, which is far above the software industry median of 0.21. But the company continues to generate abundant cash flow from operations -- $18.2 billion over the past 12 months -- which is enough for debt service requirements.
