The troubled retail REIT is still winding down its portfolio, but there could be value for investors.
Seritage Growth Properties (SRG 3.59%) announced three years ago that it would wind down its portfolio and eventually return capital to investors. While the company has made quite a bit of progress, the property sales aren't over quite yet.
