Netflix's acquisition of Warner Bros. may not be a done deal just yet.

The bidding war continues as the offer from Paramount (PSKY 0.68%) could create headwinds to Netflix's (NFLX +3.17%) announced acquisition of Warner Bros. (WBD +0.78%).
