Last time, the music and video stores were fading faster than Sylvester Stallone after last year's Rocky Balboa. (Now available on DVD!)

Sadly, this punchless group of stocks still leads the laggards, down 12.8% over the past 30 days.

Following closely in the second spot are, once again, the fuel cell makers, who remain unable to transform green into, you know, green. Stocks in this sector, as a group, are down 11.1% over the past 30 days.

Finally, and ironically, bringing up the rear in this lap for losers are the stocks for jocks, which as a group are down 9.7% over the past 30 days.
