This Tuesday at 1 Eastern/10 Pacific, The Motley Fool's top analysts will be hosting a live blog breaking down what Apple's iPhone 5 press conference means for investors. The best part? They’ll also be taking any questions you have about the phone and Apple as an investment as well. Make sure to set a reminder to come back to this Tuesday for all your iPhone 5 news and analysis!

One of the most fascinating areas of Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) rise is how the company has managed to find enormous growth in emerging markets like China despite the iPhone's high selling cost. While it was largely assumed just a couple years ago that emerging-market titan Nokia (NYSE: NOK) and Google's (Nasdaq: GOOG) Android would dominate the market, Apple has been able to carve out its own fantastically profitable niche.

That's impressive, especially since American companies have otherwise failed to crack the market. Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) sees piracy rates of upwards of 95% in China, and Google is falling hopelessly behind Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) in search. The American tech companies profiting the most from the country's growth are focused on high-end hardware. Both Intel (Nasdaq: INTC) and NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) have credited recent strength in large part to China's rise as the world's largest PC market. In Apple's case, the company's bundling of a premium hardware and software package appears to be just the right model for finding profits in the Middle Kingdom.

With all this in mind, The Motley Fool has created a handy infographic for tracking Apple's growing overseas ambitions and the opportunity present in China.
