Today, Fool.com health-care analysts Brenton Flynn and David Williamson look at one company that popped big on Friday on rumors that it may be shopping around for a private-equity buyout. The company is Allscripts, (MDRX -1.41%)and Brenton thinks that while the news is unconfirmed, the move would make sense. Going private would allow the company to adjust to the changing landscape in health care and manage some recent internal weaknesses.
