With the loss of iconic and passionate leader Steve Jobs, Apple is going through a challenging time. But McLeod sees the company making it through this time just fine.
Jobs was not the only one at Apple so passionate about its products and purpose. The company is filled with Apple "evangelists," she says.
What's more, the Steve Jobs pipeline has yet to play out, and probably has another year or so to run.
It's natural to question the direction of a company that has lost a leader like Jobs, McLeod says, but the heart of Apple remains driven to make a difference to consumers.
