On Wednesday, financial information website TheStreet (TST) announced it has hired John C. Ferrara, a former Invmetrics Holdings chief operating officer and former Edgar-Online chief financial officer, to be its own new CFO.
Ferrara is expected to take over from current CFO Thomas J. Etergino following the company's filing of its annual report for 2012, which ordinarily occurs in early to mid-March.
According to an SEC filing, Ferrara, 61, will receive an annual base salary of $220,000, and a new-hire bonus of $10,000. He will be eligible for an annual bonus that has a target payment of 40% of his base salary.
