In the video below, editor and analyst Brendan Byrnes is joined by Playing to Win co-author Roger Martin to discuss companies that are doing well. Steelcase (NYSE:SCS), the big furniture manufacturer, is a good example; it sells high-end office furniture to big corporations. VF (NYSE:VFC) is also doing well. The company owns The North Face, Timberland, Vans, and Nautica brands. These companies both have figured out where exactly they are going to play and win. Compared to other companies, they have a greater level of precision.
