Arcos Dorados (ARCO -1.97%) has set its dividend policy for 2013. The company will distribute a total of just over $50 million during the year to its class A and class B shareholders. These will be distributed in four quarterly installments, the first of which amounts to $0.0597 per share and is to be paid April 5 to shareholders of record as of April 2.
This amount matches all of Arcos Dorados' previous quarterly disbursements. The company has paid a dividend since June 2011.
That dividend annualizes to $0.2388 per share, which yields 1.8% at the company's current stock price of $13.27.
