Ingles Markets Declares New Set of Dividends

The supermarket chain matches its previous two-barreled payout.

Ingles Markets (IMKTA -0.99%) is about to share its profits with more than one category of its shareholders. The company will distribute fresh dividends to holders of both its class A and class B levels of common stock. To the former, Ingles will distribute $0.165 and to the latter $0.15 per share. Both distributions will be paid on April 25 to shareholders of record as of April 11.

Both dividends match the company's previous regular quarterly disbursements, which were handed out last October.

The class A dividend annualizes to $0.66 per share, while that of the class B payout comes to $0.60. These yield 3.1% and 2.9%, respectively, at Ingles' current stock price of $20.98.
