Why there's a trend toward lower-alcohol craft beer.

The largest craft brewer in the U.S. is Samuel Adams maker Boston Beer (SAM 0.74%). Even though it has just 1% of the total market, it's leading a craft beer explosion. This segment saw a 15% year-over-year increase in sales while the megabrands -- led by Anheuser-Busch InBev (BUD -0.82%), SABMiller, and Molson Coors (TAP -0.50%) -- are experiencing flat growth and losing market share.

What is the next big thing in the beer industry? Our Rex Moore asked that question at the recent 2013 Craft Brewers Conference in Washington, D.C., and found a wide range of answers. In the last of this series, we hear from New Belgium Brewing's Kim Jordan, and Bill Butcher of Port City Brewing.
