CSS Industries Keeps Dividend Steady

Gifts maker has kept the same payout since 2008.

Gifts maker CSS Industries (CSS) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.15 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2008.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on June 17 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 5. CSS has paid quarterly dividends since at least 2003.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.60-per-share annual dividend, yielding 2% based on the closing price of CSS Industries' stock on May 21.
