Construction materials specialist Granite Construction (GVA -1.30%) announced yesterday its second-quarter dividend of $0.13 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2007.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 12 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28. The construction materials company has made quarterly cash payouts since 1990.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.52-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.7% based on the closing price of Granite Construction's stock on June 5.
