Hospital operator does not pay a dividend on its common stock
Rehab hospital operator HealthSouth (NYSE: HLS) announced this morning its second-quarter dividend on its 6.5% Series A convertible perpetual preferred stock of $16.25 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly preferred dividend is payable on July 15 to holders of record at the close of business on July 1. The hospital operator does not pay a dividend on its common stock.
